Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if any delays are expected.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable and efficient delivery.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date of order placement. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6-10 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your unique tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier information

You can track your package directly on the USPS website using your tracking number. We'll send follow-up emails with delivery updates to keep you informed every step of the way.

Orders under $50: $7.95

Orders $50 - $99.99: $5.95

Orders $100 and above: FREE SHIPPING

*Shipping rates apply to standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii may have additional charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Orders can only be cancelled within 8 hours of being placed.

Once 8 hours have passed from the time your order was placed, it has already been sent to our fulfillment center and we cannot stop or cancel it.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@hexrider.com with your order number. We will do our best to help if your order is still within the 8-hour window.

If your order has already passed the 8-hour window, do not worry. Once your package arrives, simply contact us and we will send you a free return shipping label. As soon as the item is back at our warehouse, we will process your full refund right away.

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • U.S. territories (additional fees may apply)
  • APO/FPO addresses (military)

P.O. Boxes

We can deliver to P.O. Box addresses via USPS. Please ensure your P.O. Box number is correctly entered during checkout.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the item.

Order Confirmation & Updates

Throughout your order journey, you'll receive the following email notifications:

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order
  • Processing Update: When we begin preparing your order
  • Shipping Confirmation: With tracking information when shipped
  • Out for Delivery: When your package is on the final delivery route
  • Delivered: Confirmation when package is delivered

Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam folder if you don't receive these notifications.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Contact USPS with your tracking number
  • Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

Insurance: All Hexrider shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. We'll work with the carrier to resolve any issues promptly.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional time for processing and delivery:

  • Orders may take 2-4 business days to process
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery

We'll post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and send email reminders for guaranteed holiday delivery dates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@hexrider.com. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping via USPS. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.

Can I pick up my order?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup options. All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. address.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us.
